Shipping and delivery

Nothing is shipped. Every product on this store is a digital file (PDF). There is no physical delivery, no courier, and no shipping charge.

How you get your file. Your download button appears on screen the moment your payment succeeds. Delivery is immediate — within seconds in normal conditions, and within a few minutes at worst if your bank is slow to confirm the payment. We also email the same links to the address you used at checkout, so you have a copy if you close the page.

How long the link lasts. Download links stay valid for 48 hours. You can download the file as many times as you like within that window, and we will issue a fresh link at no cost if yours expires.

If something goes wrong. Check your spam and promotions folders first — automated email lands there more often than anywhere else. If the download still fails or nothing arrived, email us with your Razorpay payment ID, or a screenshot of the payment from your bank or UPI app, and we will send your file directly. We answer delivery problems the same day.

Delivery area. Because delivery is digital, we deliver anywhere you can open a web page. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees.
