Privacy policy

What we collect. When you buy, we collect the email address and phone number you enter at checkout, the amount paid, and which product you bought. We also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, and advertising identifiers from Meta.

Why. Your email and phone identify your order so we can support you if the download fails. Technical and advertising information is used to measure which ads lead to purchases, so we do not waste money showing ads to the wrong people.

On what basis. We process your email, phone and payment details because we need them to complete the purchase you asked for and to stand behind it afterwards. Advertising measurement happens with your consent, which you give by continuing to checkout after seeing the notice next to the payment button, and which you can withdraw at any time.

Withdrawing your consent. Write to us at janiinfotech.contact@gmail.com and we will stop using your information for advertising measurement and delete the advertising identifiers we hold for you. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we already did lawfully before you withdrew it, and it does not stop us keeping the order records that tax law requires us to keep.

Who we share it with. Razorpay processes your payment. Meta receives a hashed, irreversible version of your email and phone for advertising measurement — never the plain values. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Diagnostic browsing events are deleted after 30 days.

Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints about your data. Write to janiinfotech.contact@gmail.com. We acknowledge data complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
